Delete your Achieve account and associated data.
Achieve is published by Golden Labs LLC. Use this page to request deletion of your Achieve account and the personal data associated with that account.
Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Achieve account. Include the account email and the platforms you used with Achieve so we can find the account and confirm the request.

Delete from inside the Achieve app
- 1. Open Achieve and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- 2. Open the menu and go to Help.
- 3. In Account & More, choose Delete Account.
- 4. Confirm the deletion prompt.
Firebase may require a recent sign-in before deletion. If Achieve asks you to sign in again, sign out, sign back in, then repeat the deletion steps.
Data deleted with your account
- Your Achieve authentication account and account identifiers.
- Synced profile, device registration, device wallet, and cross-device transfer records.
- Synced goals, goal completion history, daily metrics, progress, reports, and app configuration stored with your account.
- Public profile records and queued lifecycle messages connected to your Achieve account.
Data we may keep and retention periods
- Purchase, subscription, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and platform transaction records may be retained by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or our payment infrastructure as required for business and legal obligations.
- Support emails or deletion request records may be retained for up to 2 years so we can document and respond to your request.
- Security logs, backups, analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, and aggregated or de-identified data may remain for a limited period or according to the retention settings of the service provider.
- Data stored only on your device may remain on that device until you delete the Achieve app or clear its app storage.
We aim to remove account data from active systems within 30 days after verifying the request. Backup copies are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business, typically within 90 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Subscription and local-device notes
Deleting your Achieve account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account where you purchased them. To remove data stored only on a device, delete Achieve from that device or clear the app's storage in system settings.
