This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Tech Labs LLC ("Achieve," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Achieve, our website, and related support services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Achieve, we may collect the following information:

• Account and contact information: email address, sign-in provider identifiers, and user ID.
• Product interaction data: app screens or features used, settings interactions, goal setup events, subscription state events, and other usage events that help us understand and improve the product.
• Customer support content: messages, screenshots, email address, and other information you choose to send when requesting help or sharing feedback.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error logs, device type, operating system version, app version, and similar technical data.
• Goal and app configuration data: goals, schedules, selected app/category/website blocking configuration, and progress needed to provide the app's core functionality.
• Health or activity data, if enabled: workout, step, or activity-related data you authorize through Apple Health so Achieve can track eligible goals.

Screen Time and app-blocking data

Achieve uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to let you choose apps, categories, and websites to manage. Apple may provide opaque tokens that allow Achieve to apply blocking rules without revealing the full underlying app or website identity to us. We use this information to provide app blocking, goal rewards, reports, and related settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize Achieve's app-blocking, goal-tracking, reward, and reporting features.
• Create and manage your account, authentication, sync, subscriptions, and support requests.
• Measure product usage, diagnose bugs, improve performance, and understand which features are useful.
• Send service, support, lifecycle, and product messages when permitted.
• Protect the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostics tools, including Firebase/Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat, to understand product interactions, subscription status, app reliability, and crashes. The App Store privacy label may describe this as data not linked to you, including diagnostics, customer support, email address, product interaction, and user ID. We do not use this data to sell your personal information.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Achieve, including:

• Authentication, database, cloud, analytics, and crash-reporting providers.
• Subscription and purchase infrastructure providers.
• Email, feedback, and customer support providers.
• Legal, safety, or compliance recipients when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Achieve, operate our business, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can disable Apple Health permissions in the iOS Health app or Settings.
• You can manage Screen Time and Family Controls permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link when available or contacting us.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children

Achieve is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International users

We are based in the United States. If you use Achieve from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted.
